Numbering Convention for order and responses

There will be a long Unity Doctrine 'tracking number' assigned to every Doctrine, Comment, Reply, Statement, etc. In fact every idea presented on this site should have a unique number.

Replies / responses to ideas will also display the number of the idea that they are referring to for clarity and back tracking. SADLY THIS IS LONG WINDED BUT NECESSARY for order.

THANKS! in advance FOR SPENDING THE TIME TO LEARN THE SYSTEM!

------------------------------------------------------------Tracking Number Convention ------------------------------------------------------

Only once a Doctrine is 'Finalized' (L4) will it be given a simple number ranging from 0000001 to 1000000.

THIS IS THE EXPLANATION OF THE long SYSTEM / Numbering Convention for this site! =)

  1. Type
  2. Category
  3. Doctrine No.
  4. Comment No.
  5. Summary No.
  6. Vote No.
  7. Close out

THERE IT IS IT'S THAT EASY 7 points only =).

-------------------------------------------------------------- More detail -------------------------------------------------------------

  1. Type / Site
    1. Simple / Basic
    2. Complex / Divisive
    3. Unity / Fundamentalist
    4. Loving / Relational
  2. Category
    1. Category
    2. Sub Category
    3. Detailed Category
  3. Doctrine No.
    1. Doctrine Number
    2. Refinement
    3. Further Refinement
  4. Comment No.
    1. Comment on Doctrine No.
    2. Comment on Comment No.
    3. Comment on Summary No.
    4. Comment on Vote No.
  5. Summary No.
  6. Vote No. (Will always = a Summary Number)
  7. Close out (Will refer a user to the new Article Number or new Doctrine Number or new 'Excel Like' speadsheet Sheet (tab) / reference or new Website Page)
    1. Or a combination of the above.

Tags will also assist with linking and compiling ideas within the site but this numbering system IS THE PRIMARY ORDERING SYSTEM FOR THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OF WEBSITES! and is I'm afraid REQUIRED (Basic site background coding).

So each idea / note / text / input / article / spreadsheet line will / should have an associated number that will look like this:

  1. Type / Site
    1. Simple / Basic
    2. Complex / Divisive
    3. Unity / Fundamentalist
    4. Loving / Relational
  2. Category
    1. Category 0000000,
    2. Sub Category 0000000,
    3. Detailed Category 0000000,
  3. Doctrine No.
    1. Doctrine Number (Ever doctrine must have a min 7 digit number or a max of 3x 7 digit numbers) 0000000,
    2. Refinement 0000000,
    3. Further Refinement 0000000,
  4. Comment No.
    1. Comment Number. (Every number must have a unique 7 digit number (For each relevant doctrine of cause)) 0000000,
    2. Comment on Comment No.0000000,
    3. Comment on Summary No.0000000,
    4. Comment on Vote No.0000000,
  5. Summary No. 0000000,
  6. Vote No. (Will always = a Summary Number) 0000000,
  7. Close out (Will refer a user to the new Article Number or new Doctrine Number or new 'Excel Like' speadsheet Sheet (tab) / reference or new Website Page) 0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000

or displayed another way (12 groups of 7 0's with another group of 12 0's added for a reference).

0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000,0000000

This clearly doesn't work so we have made a numbering system with a base (not a min or max) of 49 zeros (7x7).

To remove the "7. Close out" issue or repeating numbers a close out reference table will be created and a unique no. will be assigned to each full reference. There will eventually be a link on the menu system (on the right) to this table (This table should have quick links to the article). The new and old articles should also tag each other to assist the user experience if possible.

-------------------------- Further confusing detail (Unnecessary) --------------------------PLEASE DON't USE THIS in / on the site / tables!--------------------

ONLY RELATING TO .1's not .2's or .3's or .4's!

As the 2.1 or 3.1 or 4.1 are all the same as their higher level it is fine to simply leave out the '.1' after the base number.

and

As the 1.1 is similar to typing 1-1 this is also acceptable (leaving out the '.1' as long as it is replaced with the '-' )

the results are as follows:

Altered answer to Example 1:

was: 1.1,2.1-2,2.2-3,3.1-101

now: 1-1,2-2,2.2-3,3-101

Altered answer to Example 2:

was: 1.1,2.1-2,2.2-3,2.3-76,3.1-101,3.2-2,3.3-405,4.1-7,4.3-1,5-1,6-1.

now: 1-1,2-2,2.2-3,2.3-76,3-101,3.2-2,3.3-405,4-7,4.3-1,5-1,6-1

Altered answer to Example 3:

was: 1.1,2.1-2,2.2-3,2.3-76,3.1-101,3.2-2,3.3-405,4.1-8,4.3-1,5-1,6-1.

now: 1-1,2-2,2.2-3,2.3-76,3-101,3.2-2,3.3-405,4-8,4.3-1,5-1,6-1
